Cancellation Period:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled arrival date or in case of a no-show will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your reservation, please contact our reservations team at +91 9657750717.
Kindly provide your reservation details, including the booking reference number, name, and arrival date, to expedite the cancellation process.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or financial institution.
Modification Policy:
Any modifications to your reservation, including changes to the arrival or departure dates, must be requested at least 4 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and are subject to availability.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions that prevent you from fulfilling your reservation, we may waive cancellation fees or offer alternative arrangements. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Group Bookings:
Special cancellation policies may apply to group bookings. Please refer to your group contract or contact our reservations team for more information.
